We just finished a head-to-toe renovation and it turned out beautifully. The new open kitchen is a showstopper, high quality wood cabinets (with empty drawers for your food), a breakfast bar with counter stools for morning coffee or evening wine, and enough counter space to cook a real meal. The new primary and guest baths are sleek, fresh, feature solid teak cabinets with quartz counters and Toto toilets. There is a full laundry room with new washer and dryer so you can pack light.
New mattresses, upholstered furniture, fresh paint, new ductwork, this isn't a cosmetic refresh.

We have a private cleaning team and on-site storage, which means we can keep the villa stocked in a way most rentals simply can't.
