This is a 2 bed / 2 bath end-unit townhouse, so there's nobody above you, nobody below you, and nobody to the right. Quiet? Absolutely. The two bedrooms sit on separate floors, giving everyone their own retreat. There's even a bonus sitting area upstairs with a desk, monitor, and reading chair (coming late April), perfect for sneaking in a few emails before heading to the beach.

We just finished a head-to-toe renovation and it turned out beautifully. The new open kitchen is a showstopper, high quality wood cabinets (with empty drawers for your food), a breakfast bar with counter stools for morning coffee or evening wine, and enough counter space to cook a real meal. The new primary and guest baths are sleek, fresh, feature solid teak cabinets with quartz counters and Toto toilets. There is a full laundry room with new washer and dryer so you can pack light.

We have a private cleaning team and on-site storage, which means we can keep the villa stocked in a way most rentals simply can't. Before you run to the grocery store, check the villa, you will find All-Clad cookware, good quality knives, two types of coffee makers, cooking and baking implements, fresh spices, oil, vinegar, full-sized toiletries, hair dryers, magnifiying mirrors, wood hangers, a laptop safe, desk, monitor (fast 650 Mbps Wi-Fi), laundry detergent, trash bags, food storage bags, and more.

Inland Harbour is one of those places you feel lucky to stumble upon. Tucked inside the heart of Sea Pines Resort, it's a small, parklike community of only 34 villas, which means the pool and tennis/pickleball courts are practically your own. No crowds. Just two freshly resurfaced courts and a seasonal pool, accessible by code, a short walk from your door.
